Are these products official?

Yes, all the products on the Game Bakers merch store are official Game Bakers, Haven and Furi merchandise, some of it exclusive only to this site.

Are they designed by The Game Bakers?

Yes, all our products are designed in-house or by artists who've worked on our games.

Are the products produced locally?

Our products produced as much as possible locally, as close as possible to our two warehouses (one in France and one in the USA) to use short supply chains and limit transportation when we make the products but also when they ship to you.

The product I want is out of stock, when will it be back?

We try to keep everything in stock as much as possible, but due production and shipping time this might take up to two months sometimes. 

Can I still buy your video games?

Yes you can go to any store (Steam, PlayStation, Xbox, eShop…) to find our games. For instance here on the Game Bakers Steam Store page.

I'm in Canada, what does that mean for my order?

Our products ship from the US, so when ordering from Canada you will be charged a slightly higher shipping rate.

Furthermore, there might be customs taxes that will not be charged by the store but directly to you by customs. Please check here for more on that!

Your shipping rate depends on the total weight of your order and the country you are ordering from. It is calculated automatically and added to your cart before checking out.

We are committed to choosing suppliers who propose environmentally friendly options for the production of our items. We use sustainable eco-friendly inks on our T-shirts and our pins are wooden with minimal packaging.
